Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States only.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Items from our US partners usually arrive 4–7 business days after shipping; items from our international partners usually take 8–12 business days. Each product page shows its estimated time. See our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

You'll get an email with a tracking link when your order ships. If your order comes in more than one package, you'll get a tracking number for each.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a refund of the item price. Email us first and we'll send you the return instructions. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll replace or refund it for free. See our Refund Policy.

How do I use a fire blanket?

Pull both tabs down to release the blanket, hold it in front of you to shield your hands, place it gently over the flames, and turn off the heat source. Leave it in place until everything has cooled. Fire blankets are for small grease and cooking fires, not electrical fires. Call 911 if a fire spreads.

Do the hand-crank radio and power banks come charged?

They may arrive with a partial charge. Charge them fully by USB when they arrive, then top them up every few months so they're ready when you need them.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All payment options available for your order are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely; we never see or store your full card number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to change or cancel it before it ships.
