Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- Items that ship from our US partners: usually 4–7 business days after shipping.
- Items that ship from our international partners: usually 8–12 business days after shipping.
Each product page shows its estimated delivery time. If your order contains items from different partners, it may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather and holidays.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, and any free-shipping offer that applies to your order, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after you receive it.
Late, lost or damaged packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days after the latest estimated date, or it arrives damaged, email us at support@preparedsavior.com with your order number (and photos if damaged). We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
