1. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe products and show their colors accurately, but we can't guarantee that every description or photo is error-free. Specifications marked as rated by the maker come from the manufacturer.

3. Safety and proper use

Our products are designed to help you prepare for emergencies, but no product can guarantee your safety. Always read and follow the instructions and warnings for each product, keep products out of reach of children where appropriate, and call 911 in an emergency. Fire blankets are for small fires only and are not a replacement for smoke alarms, fire extinguishers or professional help.
